Yoga

Meditation

" Energy flows where the mind goes"

Yoga

Yoga offers a physical and mental balance to work and therefore is an optimal health prevention measure for companies. The combination of physical activity and relaxation leads to well-balanced and healthy employees in the long-run, increases contentment and sustains commitment to the company.

Yoga thus will be implemented in your company according to the needs of the employees, business culture and structure. Employees who work mainly at a desk, have different needs compared to those who have a physically demanding profession. Small companies with only a few employees have different structures and special conditions compared to large-scale enterprises. External customer missions, - care or shift work requires flexible time management. Yoga as active recovery measure which is integrated into everyday working life is a prerequisite for success.

Yoga can be offered as a classical course, active break or as a short “lunchbreak Yoga” unit at lunch time or during working hours.

Gladly I will create an individual offer!

Meditation

" Energy flows where the mind goes"

Meditation is conscious perception without judgement. Short meditations of 1 minute to longer meditations of 45 minutes and more, can help to pause, create clarity, and consequently deal more calmly with stressful situations and increase concentration. However, meditation practice is not about achieving a goal, but rather about arriving in the moment and becoming clear about where we already are.

Practice: Mindfulness exercises as a basis for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR),

Open Monitoring- like observing feelings, senses etc. and Focused Attention like body scan, breathing exercises, visualisations.

Yoga is movement in meditation. Holding and dynamic exercises (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) can be used alone as an active form of meditation. However, they also serve as preparation "to engage" in a subsequent sitting/lying meditation in stillness. The combination of the preceding yoga practice with subsequent meditation is particularly suitable for beginners.
